Easy Vegan Chili

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 15oz can of kidney beans
  2. 1 15oz can of black beans
  3. 1 15oz can of garbanzo beans
  4. 2 tbsp of olive oil
  5. 2 green bell peppers, diced
  6. 2 white onions, diced
  7. 1 tsp ground cumin
  8. 1 28oz can crushed tomato
  9. 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  10. 1 6oz can tomato paste
  11. 1-1/2 tsp salt
  12. 1/2 tsp pepper
  13. 2 tbps chili powder
  14. 1 cup of frozen corn
  15. 1 tbsp sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a slow cooker, add all of the above ingredients. Slow cook on low for 5-7 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Easy slow cooked vegan chili! Serve alone or topped with cheese, sour cream, or avocado.
