INGREDIENTS

  1. 2/3 cup chickpeas
  2. 2 small to medium avocados
  3. 1/4 cup olive oil
  4. 3 garlic cloves
  5. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper
  7. 3/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth but still a little chunky.
  2. Serve and enjoy!

Avocado hummus great as a dip, on falafels, pitas, etc!
